How We Work
The Selah Way
Good stewardship starts with a conversation. No pressure, no jargon — just an honest dialogue about your goals, your faith, and how we can help you manage what God has entrusted to you.
We start with a brief conversation to learn whether we're a good fit — before we touch a single number. No pressure, no pitch. Just a chance to get to know each other.
We build a financial plan that is uniquely yours — tailored to your values, goals, and faith. Then we walk through it together until every question is answered.
We won't rush you. Take the plan home, pray over it as a family, and come back when you're ready. We want you 100% confident before we take another step.
Once you're ready, we handle everything — accounts, transfers, paperwork. Then we meet regularly and whenever life changes, because this is a relationship, not a transaction.

FAQS
No Corporate Spin
Just honest answers to your important questions.
01
When should I start working with a financial advisor?
Sooner than most people think — and before you feel the urgency.
The best time to start is before a deadline is forcing your hand. Whether you're approaching retirement, navigating a major life transition, or simply sensing your finances need more intentional stewardship, a plan now gives you clarity, not just numbers. Waiting rarely makes faithful stewardship easier.
02
What makes Selah Wealth different from other financial advisors?
Faith isn't an add-on here — it shapes everything we do.
We integrate biblical principles into every recommendation. That means we screen investments for values alignment and measure success not just by returns, but by how well your finances reflect your calling and convictions. Plenty of advisors share your faith. Fewer build it into how they manage your money. We do.
03
How does faith integrate into your financial planning process?
It's woven into every conversation, not tacked on at the end.
As Christians, we're called to look different from the world — and that includes our finances. In practice, that means using stewardship principles to guide spending and saving decisions, and building intentional generosity into your plan rather than leaving it to whatever's left over. Our job is to help your finances reflect that calling, whether you've walked with Christ for decades or are still working out what faith means for your money.
04
Do I have to be a Christian to work with you?
We're built for believers who want their finances to reflect their faith.
Selah Wealth exists to serve Christians and families who want their finances shaped by biblical wisdom. If that's you, you're exactly who we built this for. If you don't share that faith but want a fiduciary who's upfront about how they operate, we're happy to talk — just know our counsel will always be rooted in scripture.
05
What is a fiduciary, and why does it matter?
Legally, a fiduciary is required to act in your best interest, not their own.
For us, it isn't just regulatory; it's biblical. Faithfulness with what's entrusted to us matters to the Lord (1 Corinthians 4:2), and that conviction shapes every recommendation we make. That's what it means to be a faith-centered fiduciary.
06
What does the first meeting look like?
Just a conversation — no pressure, no pitch.
We spend the time getting to know each other: your story, your goals, your faith, and whether we're the right fit for you. If it feels right to both of us, we'll move into the details. If not, you've lost nothing but half an hour.
07
How are your fees structured?
Simple and transparent — a percentage of the assets we manage.
No commissions, no hidden fees, no fine print. You'll know exactly what you're paying, and why, before you ever sign anything.
